THE COUCHES:Co-owners, Eddy Ellis and Lisa Ward, opened United Training Center to broaden the publics knowledge
of Modern Mixed Martial Arts. They have dedicated their lives to making U.T.C. "The Best MMA facility around" with the highest
professionalism.
"Fast" Eddy Ellis, professional MMA fighter, has 50+ MMA fights and over 10 years
of experience in Modern Martial Arts. With XFC Welterweight Championship; Eddy is one of the most well-known fighters. Made
known in promotions such as Strikeforce, King of the Cage, IFC, WEC, and Sportfight, Eddy is the head couch of the United
Fight Team. He has proven to be one of the top fighters and lead instructors of the Northwest.
Lisa
Ward, an All American National Wrestler, entered the MMA scene in 2003. Currently she is the Fatal Femmes Fighting Flyweight
and NFC Lightweight World Champion. Lisa is a 2x Fila No-Gi and Fila Gi World Champion. She is pound for pound one of the
top professional female fighters.

Kickboxing - This class you will use kickboxing and Muay Thai fundamentals,
learn proper punching and kicking techniques, that are effective in any situation.
No-Gi Grappling - Learn many different positions, submissions, and take-downs with a cross between wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu
Kid's MMA - This is a great class for parents looking to give their kids a head start. Students build discipline and
structure while learning wresting, kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and tumbling skills. Ages 5 & up.
Core-Fit - Use MMA techniques while getting a great workout. Each class is different so get ready to hone your skills
and body!
Personal Sessions/Seminars - From group sessions to one-on-ones, you choose what you want to learn from the Masters
of MMA.
