U.T.C. Class Descriptions
Muay Thai Kickboxing - This class will teach basic Muay Thai fundamentals and proper punching and kicking techniques.
No-Gi Grappling - This class is a cross between wrestling and Jiu-jitsu You will learn many different positions, submissions
and take downs.
Kid's MMA - This is an opportunity for kids to build discipline and structure while learning beginner wrestling, kickboxing,
jiu-jitsu tumbling and modern MMA skills.
MMA Core-Fit - MMA Core Fit is designed for everyone to get a great cardio workout. Classes will be circuit training
with many different movements to work your entire body.
Personal Lessons - By appointment only. Learn from the true professionals exactly what you want to learn. Self Defense,
MMA Techniques and increase athletic performance, build lean muscle to improve your total health.
